Wonderful
Our stay in The Royal Resort Agat Spa was amazing. We (family of four with two kids 8 & 6) had high expectations that were exceeded by the apartment itself, location, view and the people working with VisitZakopane. The apartment comes with two very cosy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a huge shower and a large balcony facing the Tatry mountains. It was spotless and there were enough towels and bathrobes for the whole stay of ten days. We also greatly enjoyed the SPA area with its pool with thermal water and an incredible mountain view and the various saunas. Since the pool is so nice, there can be times where it is a bit more crowded. A nice extra is the underground parking garage, from which an elevator takes you almost straight to your apartment door. Here your car will be safe and cool, packing and unpacking is no big hassle. The location of the apartment complex is perfect, located close to the Zakopane main street Krupówki, while still being in a very quiet and relaxing area of the city. It is also possible to quickly walk to the foot of a number of mountains. Communication with the VisitZakopane staff was always uncomplicated and friendly. There is no classic reception at the apartment complex, but the office of VisitZakopane is nearby and help is always just a phone call away. Overall our stay was near perfect. The only one small thing that could be improved is the internet service. Sometimes the connection is fast and stable. There were other times though, where we struggled to connect at all. It was a minor issue for us, but if guests plan on working from the Royal Resort Agat SPA, it could lead to complications. We will definitely be back at this gem of Zakopane!

Uważam za pobyt u Państwa bardzo udany. Super kontakt z obsługą i piękny apartament. Jedyna mała uwaga ode mnie jest taka, że fajnie gdyby przed przyjazdem był wysyłany mail z taką dokładniejszą instrukcją jak się zameldować/ wymeldować (bo dostaje się tylko sms z kodami bez wyjaśnienia co z tym zrobić) oraz informacją na temat korzystania z kompleksu np. czas otwarcia spa, że trzeba prosić recepcje o włączenie sauny 30 min przed, ile temp ma basen i jak do niego wejść. Druga rzecz to wi-fi. Musieliśmy używać własnego bo był bardzo kiepski (nawet strona nie chciała się załadować). <div class="odp">Bardzo dziękujemy za opinię i cieszymy się że pobyt był udany. Dopracowujemy system komunikacji tak, by wszystkie ważne informacje trafiały do naszych Gości jeszcze przed przyjazdem. Co do internetu, niestety w czasie Państwa pobytu miała miejsce większa awaria po stronie dostawcy, niezależna od nas. Przepraszamy za niedogodności i zapraszamy ponownie! </div>

Petarda. Super lokum jak i cały ośrodek. Wysoki standard warty ceny. Mieszkanie zrobione z klasą. Nawet expres do kawy z kawą! Kontakt z VZ również pierwsza klasa. Z pewnością wrócę w to miejsce.

Apartament bardzo przestronny i wygodny.Bardzo wygodne łóżka Sniadania mają spore porcje można się najeść.Dobrze wyposażony apartament Duzy plus że mogliśmy wcześniej wejść do apartamentu bez dodatkowych opłat dzięki temu każdy mógł odpocząć po podróży.Jedyny minusik za czystość w jednym z pokoi znaleziona przy łóżku skarpetka ale ogólne nasze wrażenia z pobytu są bardzo miłe i na pewno wrocilibysmy ponownie:)

Wszystko w najlepszym porządku, apartament jeszcze ładniej wygląda rzeczywistości niż na folderach. Czysto i wygodnie, śniadanie (catering) też bardzo dobre i do syta. Mogłem pochwalić się znajomym fotkami z pobytu:)
