• Living room: equipped with a sofa bed, coffee table, TV, large dining table with chairs, and access to a spacious balcony furnished with lounge furniture.

• Kitchenette: fully equipped with a 4-burner induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (Saeco for whole coffee beans), complete tableware, pots, glasses, and cutlery. Complimentary coffee and tea sets, sugar, salt, and pepper are provided.

• Bedroom 1: furnished with a double bed, high-quality bedding, bedside tables, bedside lamps, wardrobe, and TV.

• Bedroom 2: located on the mezzanine level with a double bed. The bedrooms are not separate.

• Modern bathroom: featuring a shower cabin, washing machine, large mirror, towels, and a hairdryer.

• Hallway: with a built-in mirrored wardrobe.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. Parking in the underground garage includes a designated space with an entrance gate height of 2.20m.
