Willa KARINA

Willa Karina is a charming wooden house located in Witów, just 15 km from Zakopane. Adjacent to it, approximately 800 meters away, is the Witów Ski complex, and 2 km further are the Chochołowskie Termy thermal baths, for which we offer discounts to our guests. The nearby Chochołowska Valley is only a 10-minute drive away, providing access to trails in the Western Tatras. From the terrace, guests can enjoy an impressive view of the panorama of the Western and High Tatras, including Giewont, Czerwone Wierchy, Kominiarski Wierch, and Świnica ... Nearby are grocery stores and traditional taverns where you can indulge in local delicacies. The villa comfortably accommodates 20 people.

We offer our guests 4 spacious studios, two large lounges, a fully equipped kitchen, a large terrace, and a garden.

Studio 1:
- Bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed for two, TV, a table with chairs, bedside lamps, and a wardrobe.

Studio 2:
- Bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed for two, TV, a table with chairs, and bedside lamps.

The bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, towels, and hairdryer is located in the hallway and is intended for guests of Studio 1 and 2.

Studio 3:
- Bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed for two, TV, a table with chairs, bedside lamps, and nightstands.
- Bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, towels, and hairdryer.

Studio 4:
- Bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed for two, TV, a table with chairs, bedside lamps, and nightstands.
- Bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, towels, and hairdryer.

Additionally, guests have access to:
- Kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, electric kettle, oven, 4-burner electric stove, pots, coffee maker, cutlery, and dishes. We provide coffee and tea sets and essential spices like salt and pepper.
- Lounge with a set of furniture, sofa, table, chairs, wood-burning fireplace (wood supply is located outside the house), and access to the terrace and garden.
- Toilet located next to the lounge.
- Terrace with lounge furniture, a perfect spot for admiring the view of the Tatra Mountains.
- Garden with a large grill.
- Second lounge located on the lowest floor, serving as a sleeping area, with two sofa beds, a cot for a child, and a wood-burning fireplace.

Parking spaces are available in front of the building. The entire villa is equipped with Wi-Fi.

A seurity deposit of PLN 1000 is payable by bank transfer before arrival and refunded by bank transfer within 7 days after check-out.

The driveway to the villa is steep - snow chains may be necessary in winter to comfortably reach the building.

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property.
