Situated in a tranquil, green setting just a 12-minute stroll from the vibrant Krupówki, it has been thoughtfully furnished and equipped for comfortable leisure. The apartment boasts a two-sided fireplace, perfect for cozying up during winter evenings, with complimentary firewood ensuring uninterrupted relaxation over a glass of wine or hot tea. Its standout feature is the three balconies - two in the bedroom and a spacious one in the living room ... Providing additional comfort, the sofa unfolds into an exceptionally comfortable sleeping space, complete with an express folding system and a luxurious 24cm thick mattress for rejuvenating sleep.

Additionally, there's a covered gazebo on-site for enjoyable grilling sessions.

The IBIZA Apartment comprises:

LIVING ROOM: balcony, sofa bed with a 24cm thick mattress, folding armchair, coffee table, TV, dining table with chairs, fireplace.

BEDROOM: balcony, large double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, fireplace.

KITCHENETTE: fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, French press with ground coffee and grinder, dishwasher. To facilitate your relaxation, we've stocked the kitchen with coffee and tea sets, sugar, as well as essential spices like salt and pepper.

BATHROOM: shower, washing machine, towels, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

PARKING: a parking space in the garage box, with an entrance height of 2m.

Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the IBIZA Apartment.
